Refund policy
Returns
There is a 14 day return/exchange policy from the date of shipping. We do not offer refunds and/or exchanges after this time expires.
Any item returned after the 14 day return period will not be approved. You will be notified by email and accessed a shipping charge as the item will be returned to you.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The merchandise should also be returned in the original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase for returned items.
Please do not return your merchandise back to the manufacturer.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded. You will be notified by email and accessed an additional shipping charge as the item will be returned to you.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, inspected and meets the return policy requirements, we will send a confirmation email. We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed and credit issued to your credit card or the original method of payment within 5 days.
If your return is not approved, a refund will not be processed. You will be notified by email and accessed a shipping charge as the item will be returned to you.
Late Or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you don’t receive your refund within 5 days, please contact your credit card company first, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

You are responsible for all shipping costs on returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend you send your return with a traceable carrier or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
